Counter-Notification
If you believe your content has been wrongly removed (or access disabled) and is not infringing, or that you hold authorization from the copyright owner or applicable law to use the content, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following details:
- 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
- 2. Identification of the removed content or inaccessible material and the location where it was available before removal or disabling;
- 3. A statement affirming a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification;
- 4. Your contact information including name, address, phone number, and email, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and your agreement to accept service from the individual who submitted the notification of alleged infringement.
If our Designated Copyright Agent receives a counter-notice, we may forward it to the original complainant, notifying them that we might restore the removed content or stop disabling it within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit seeking a court order against the content provider or user, we may reinstate the removed content or provide access to it within 10 to 14 business days or as deemed appropriate.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In line with the DMCA and applicable laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate users who we consider to be repeat infringers in suitable cases and at our discretion. We also reserve the right to restrict access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether a repeat offense has occurred.
